My motherfucking nails keep peeling and it is pissing me off. I've been using this nail strengthener gel for the past 6 weeks or so and they are STILL PEELING. The worst part is that it peels down below the nailbed so I can't just clip off the peeley part and let it grow back. I'm hacking them all off tonight and see what happens. God damn it.
I mean, I know this is due to a vitamin deficiency. Must remember to take vitamins...

yay! It's one of your many posts day! : D I love reading them all!
I'll just comment on one though because I'm afraid you might not see if I commented on the others...
I'm sorry about this morning and being late : ( I'm sure you'll make it through the day and I hope you get lots of rest tonight <3
About the feeling cold thing....cayenne pepper. It will raise your body temperature. Also it supposed to raise your metabolism. I put it on everything and even in my tea sometimes if I'm fasting. It really will make you warm.
I don't know what to say about your nails though : /
Maybe a vitamin e tablet?
Good job for sticking to your plan today as well!
I'm impressed you're brave enough to do the weight loss challenge. Good luck on it! And who knows, maybe you will be a winner one week! ; D
Stay strong <3
Vitamin e, a, and iron helps with nail strength. So a multivitamin with iron would be best.
@Dot: Yeah, I haven't had a rapid-posting day in a while - and to be honest, I needed something to distract me from my many, many hours of work today ^^. I knew Cayenne was a metabolism booster but for some retarded reason I didn't realize it would warm you up (although now that I think about it, it makes total sense =]). Do you know if cayenne pills work the same? I've been trying to get my hands on some to try out.
Haha I'm TRYING it, but I dunno how well I'll do. Some of those girls are crazy-amazing at restricting and don't have family over their shoulders or whatever, and can drop like 4lbs in a day. Dude, if I could drop 4lbs in a day, I'd hit my goal weight before my trip to Canada... how fabulous would that be??
Also, you both are right on the money with the VitE... I'm *supposed* to be taking a multivitamin (Centrum, haha) and an extra Vitamin C (to boost my immune system), Calcium (since I'm somewhat lactose intolerant and also I HATE milk, but do not want my bones to disintegrate on me), and Evening Primrose Oil (supposed to be good for hair, skin, and joints). Of course, I'm lame and haven't taken any vitamins in a good couple of months. I've got a handy little bottle of them in my bag now though so I'll have a supply everywhere. Fingers crossed it'll help with the nails. Incidentally, I think I'm going to add this to my next blog post, since it's kinda informative and shizz <3
