My favourite funwise? swimming.

My favourite really-feels-like-i'm-losing/burning-calores-wise?
20 min treadmill run at 10.0 followed by a series of 1 minute sprints with 45 min rests at .5 increments all the way up to 15.0.

Oh and body pump classes/spin classes are fun.
